These terms govern use of the OnCall Care website. Use of the OnCall Care product itself is governed by the subscription agreement signed with your organisation.

The service

OnCall Care is decision support software. It suggests and explains cover options; it never assigns staff to people receiving care automatically. Responsibility for rostering, care and regulatory compliance remains with the care provider at all times.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access other organisations' data, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service without written permission.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
