OnCall Care ("we", "us") provides an on-call support service for care providers. This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website and in the OnCall Care product.

What we collect on this website

If you book a demo we collect your name, work email, organisation and team size, and we use them only to arrange and follow up that demo. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not sell personal data.

Data in the product

Within the product, care providers are the data controllers of their staff and client records; OnCall Care processes that data on their behalf under a data processing agreement. Data is hosted in the UK/EU with strict per-organisation isolation, role-based access controls, row-level security and audit logging. Sensitive records carry additional permission controls.

Retention

Demo enquiries are retained for up to 12 months. Product data retention is configurable per organisation and governed by the controller's own policies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contactprivacy@oncallcare.co.ukand we will respond within one calendar month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
